Job summary

Marlex Interim is recruiting a team of French native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors for market research studies, invite them to join our panel, and conduct follow-up calls to maximize participation.

The role requires strong communication skills in French and English, meticulous organization, and the ability to handle documentation and translations as needed. The position is based in Madrid, Spain, and involves engaging with a diverse, multinational

Qualifications

French native speaker required (FR).
Good working knowledge of English for trainings and meetings.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent telephone and email communication.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Experience in multinational corporations is a plus.
Additional tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsibilities

Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation.
Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation.
Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
