Job summary

Eutalents in Madrid is seeking a motivated French-speaking recruiter to join our production hub. You will recruit doctors for market research studies and manage their engagement across the panel of healthcare professionals.

The role requires native French, solid English for trainings and meetings, sharp attention to detail, and excellent telephone/email communication. Prior experience with multinational corporations is a plus, and you will handle documentation, mailings, and translations as

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience with multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation; create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates among your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
