Job summary

Aralia Servicios Sociosanitarios S.A is seeking French native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors, engage them in market research studies, and build a panel of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities include making outreach calls, following up with panelists, and using diverse channels to maximize participation. Fluency in French is essential; English is needed for trainings and internal communications. Diversity is valued.

Qualifications

French native speaker required.
Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
Analytical skills.
Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
Documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations may be required.

Responsibilities

Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation; create doctor engagement.
Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
Ensure participation rates by using different communication channels and arguments.
