Netenders is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers across email, social networks and phone. You will advise on products and the sales process, and manage delivery issues while delivering after-sales service.

Formación

• Extensive experience in customer service over the phone & email.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency/native level in one of the listed languages plus a high level of English.
• Ability to handle high volume emails and incoming calls.
• Sales oriented, with a customer-first approach.

Responsabilidades

• Provide service through online channels via email, social networks, and phone.
• Advise customers on the sales process and products.
• Manage logistical and delivery issues.
• Provide an after-sales service.
• Be the voice of our customer and escalate feedback as needed.
• Take ownership of customer service excellence and the company’s reputation.
