Americold seeks a proactive Billing Associate to join our new European Service Support Center in Barcelona. The role requires fluency in Spanish and Portuguese, with English at an intermediate level, and a focus on timely invoicing, accuracy, and quality assurance across billing processes.

You will collaborate with IT and finance to improve systems, maintain QA documentation, and generate performance reports.

Formación

• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese and English (intermediate)
• Bachelor's degree or Finance qualifications preferred
• Experience in billing, finance or quality assurance
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues proactively
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Collaborates well with diverse, multicultural teams
• Proficient with Excel and other spreadsheet tools
• Hybrid work policy in location Barcelona

Responsabilidades

• Perform sets of pre and post billing checks to ensure invoices go out on time
• Review billing invoices for accuracy and customer agreement
• Conduct QA checks on billing data to identify discrepancies
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or customer issues promptly
• Collaborate with IT and finance to improve billing processes
• Develop and maintain QA procedures and documentation
• Generate reports on billing quality and performance for management
• Ensure adherence to billing standards and best practices
• Participate in audits and compliance reviews related to billing
