Americold is establishing a European Service Support Centre in Barcelona to deliver high-quality finance support for Europe. We seek a bilingual Billing Associate fluent in Spanish and Portuguese with intermediate English to perform billing checks, reviews, and QA across billing data and processes.

• Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese with English at an intermediate level.
• Bachelor's degree and/or formal finance qualifications are preferred.
• Experience in billing, finance, or quality assurance is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for issue resolution.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
• Comfort working across diverse, multicultural teams.

Responsabilidades

• Perform pre and post billing checks to ensure timely invoice delivery.
• Review billing invoices for accuracy and customer agreements.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on billing data for discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or customer claims promptly.
• Collaborate with IT and finance to improve billing processes.
• Develop and maintain QA procedures and documentation.
• Generate reports on billing quality and performance for management.
• Ensure adherence to billing standards and best practices.
