Syntax is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist (m/f/d) focusing on German and English language AP processes. You will support invoice processing, vendor account maintenance, and payment activities in a global, SAP-driven environment.

The role requires SAP S/4HANA/ECC experience, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will communicate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners in German, English, and Spanish.

Formación

• Fluency in German, English and Spanish is required.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC in accounts payable processes.
• Knowledge of German tax requirements related to AP is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor invoices accurately and in line with policies.
• Perform vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end closing and reporting for AP activities.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Accounting, and Treasury on payment issues.
• Maintain accurate vendor master data and payment details.
