Based onsite in Spain, you will manage relationships, coordinate with Ad Ops, analyze performance, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Ad Operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, Slack and Zendesk.
• Knowledge of digital advertising (Programmatic, Direct IO, Self-Serve).

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with client partners.
• Lead regular check-ins and provide strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate with Ad Operations teams for campaign execution.
• Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure smooth workflows and timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes.
