Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an Ad Sales Specialist (English-speaking) to join on-site at the Benalmádena/Malaga area. You will drive revenue through digital advertising, manage a portfolio of SMB and mid-market advertisers, and conduct high-volume outbound outreach to grow accounts.

You will consult advertisers on strategy, analyze campaign data, and translate insights into actionable ROI improvements while maintaining CRM records and leveraging AI sales tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, ad sales, or digital marketing account management.
• Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills.
• Proven ability to manage high-velocity sales cycles and outbound engagement.
• Translate marketing performance data into business recommendations.
• Comfortable managing multiple accounts and a dynamic sales pipeline.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English (at least C1).

Responsibilities

• Drive advertising revenue by managing and growing a portfolio of SMB and mid-market advertisers.
• Execute high-volume outbound sales outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and reactivation opportunities within existing accounts.
• Consult advertisers on campaign strategy, targeting, and optimization to improve ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance data (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Generate new sales opportunities through prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline development.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted digital marketing advisor.
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and activity records in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Use AI-powered tools and sales intelligence platforms to prioritize leads and improve conversion rates.
• Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and sales targets.
