First Point Group seeks a Site Delivery Manager to build and own the on-site delivery for a modular data centre project in Spain. This permanent in-house role requires hands-on installation, commissioning and technical leadership in collaboration with MEP contractors.

You will lead delivery from equipment arrival to staged commissioning, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across the Zaragoza-region build.

Formación

• Genuine data centre or mission critical experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Owns delivery on site from equipment arrival through installation and staged commissioning.
• Prepares ground works, lifting studies and crane selection prior to equipment placement.
• Oversees commissioning from CxL2 to CxL5, coordinating vendors and witnessing tests.
• Manages subcontractors and vendors daily, providing hands-on technical support as needed.
• Owns milestones and recovery plans when trades or deliveries slip.
• Manages site logistics and interfaces between manufacturer, client and third parties.
• Ensures health, safety and regulatory compliance to Spanish EHS rules.
