First Point Group is seeking a Site Delivery Manager to lead on-site execution of a modular data centre build in the Aragón corridor, Spain, owning delivery from equipment arrival to staged commissioning.

You will oversee ground prep, crane planning, MV switchgear, gensets, UPS, chillers, cooling towers and commissioning from CxL2 to CxL5, coordinating subcontractors and vendors.

Fluent English is required; Spanish is a strong advantage. This is a permanent, in-house role based in Zaragoza.

Formación

• Genuine data centre or mission critical experience required.
• Hands-on installation and commissioning depth across MEP: MV, gensets, UPS, chillers, AHUs.
• Experience managing a live site with schedule and client expectations.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Own delivery on site from equipment lands through offload, positioning, installation and staged commissioning.
• Coordinate ground preparation, lifting studies and crane selection
• Oversee commissioning from CxL2 to CxL5, witnessing vendors
• Manage subcontractors and vendors and provide hands-on technical support
• Own milestones and recovery plans when deliveries slip
• Coordinate site logistics among manufacturer, client and third parties
• Ensure compliance with Spanish EHS requirements
