First Point Group is seeking a Site Delivery Manager for a modular data centre build in Aragón, Spain. This permanent, site-based role will own delivery on site from equipment arrival through staged commissioning, with on-site authority over installation, testing and handover.

You will coordinate ground preparation, lifting studies and crane selection, supervise subcontractors and vendors, and ensure safety, regulatory compliance and excellent client communication on a high-profile European

Formación

• Genuine data centre or mission critical experience required.
• Hands-on installation and commissioning depth across M&E: MV switchgear, generators, UPS, chillers, AHUs, cooling towers and controls.
• Experience managing a live site, with cadence, troubleshooting and client expectation management.
• Fluent English is required; Spanish language is a strong advantage given site location and supply chain.
• Based in Spain or willing to relocate to Zaragoza area.

Responsabilidades

• Owning delivery on site from equipment arrival through offload, positioning, installation and staged commissioning.
• Ground preparation, lifting studies and crane selection ahead of equipment placement.
• Commissioning oversight from CxL2 through to CxL5, coordinating and witnessing vendors through the levels.
• Managing subcontractors and vendors day to day, providing hands-on technical support on site.
• Milestone ownership and recovery planning when trades or deliveries slip.
• Site logistics and interface management between the manufacturer, client and third party trades.
• Health, safety and regulatory compliance to Spanish EHS requirements.
