Job summary

McCarthy Stone is seeking a Mobile Care Assistant to support older homeowners across Beckenham and surrounding areas. This field-based role requires travel between developments, assisting with personal care and domestic tasks, and providing companionship.

You will work on a part-time rota, with travel expenses reimbursed, mileage paid, and a probation bonus of £300. Hourly rate is £14.50 plus up to £1.30 for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Requires Level 2 Health and Social Care or equivalent, with training provided.
• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel between developments.
• Flexible rota including early mornings, lates and alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and domestic support to homeowners.
• Maintain communal areas to a high standard and assist with tasks.
