Zusammenfassung

Ubisoft Barcelona Mobile is seeking a Game Designer to help shape mobile titles from concept to launch and beyond. You will define features, tune systems, and collaborate with producers, developers and translators to deliver engaging, fair, and monetized experiences for players in Madrid.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in game design, strong English, and hands-on experience with free-to-play mobile dynamics.

Qualifikationen

At least 3 years as a game designer.
Experience designing free-to-play RPGs with balancing live gameplay.
Understanding engagement and monetization KPIs.
Ability to analyze gameplay mechanics for mobile games.
Excellent written English communication.

Aufgaben

Design and create new features, systems, and content for mobile games, coordinating with producers, developers, and artists.
Own tuning and balancing of gameplay systems and content.
Write design briefs and product specification documents.
Take ownership from concept through release and iterate based on feedback.
Play test by analyzing data and user feedback to optimize experience.
Collaborate with the team to implement systems into gameplay and balance.
Coordinate with translators to ensure quality translations across languages.
Analyze content to improve design and monetization mechanics.
Stay up to date with mobile game market trends and opportunities.
