CBRE is seeking a Mobile Technician to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and basic installations across multiple buildings and industrial systems. You will follow defined procedures, work under close supervision, and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues about routine issues.

The role requires a high school diploma or trade-school training, 1–2 years of related experience if possible, a valid driver's license, and the physical ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems and equipment.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
• Review work orders and estimate time and materials for repairs.
• Support energy management and ensure systems run efficiently.
• Inspect installations for safety and code compliance.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members about issues.
