Santander is seeking a Migration Leader for the CDAIO division to orchestrate large-scale data and AI migration programs. You will coordinate cross-domain teams, manage dependencies, and ensure a smooth transition to cloud-native architectures with controlled risk.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in tech transformation, strong migration and data platform expertise, and a proven ability to align business and technology strategies in a regulated environment.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale technology transformation programs.
• Proven track record leading complex migration initiatives.
• Strong experience in enterprise data and analytics environments.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Experience coordinating external delivery partners and system integrators.
• Experience with cloud migration programs (preferred).
• Experience with modern data platforms, analytics platforms and distributed architectures (preferred).
• Experience in highly regulated industries (preferred).
• Experience leading migration assessments and migration factories (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the migration roadmap, including waves, sequencing, plans, governance, milestones and success criteria.
• Coordinate migration planning and execution across multiple technology domains and workstreams.
• Identify, assess and manage migration dependencies, risks, issues and blockers with mitigations.
• Ensure readiness of environments, tooling, documentation and operational support processes.
• Act as the primary coordination point for migration activities with business, architecture, engineering, operations and partners.
• Provide regular status reporting to senior stakeholders and governance boards.
• Support modernization of data, analytics and technology platforms and cloud-native adoption.
• Ensure migration activities comply with security, regulatory, risk, and governance requirements.
