Santander is seeking a strategic Chief Data & Artificial Intelligence Officer (CDAIO) to lead a worldwide data and AI migration program. You will drive governance, planning, and execution across domains to move to a cloud-native architecture while minimizing risk and disruption.

• 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale technology transformation programs.
• Proven track record leading complex migration initiatives.
• Strong experience in enterprise data and analytics environments.
• Experience with cloud migration programs.
• Strong knowledge of migration methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures and data platform modernization.
• Strong capability in dependency mapping and migration sequencing.
• Experience with Agile delivery models.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning, governance, and execution of a large-scale strategic Data & AI migration and transformation program.
• Coordinate migration planning and execution across multiple technology domains and workstreams.
• Identify, assess, and manage migration dependencies, risks, issues, and blockers.
• Ensure readiness of environments, tooling, documentation, and operational support processes.
