Qualifications

• Strong Java development skills and CS fundamentals.
• Experience with databases, web development, UNIX environments, and production backend systems.
• Design and implement medium-sized systems within larger architectures.
• Work with established codebases and improve systems pragmatically.
• Experience with automated testing, code reviews, monitoring, debugging, incident investigation, and production support.
• Take ownership, estimate and plan work, communicate clearly, and collaborate with teammates.
• Balance quality, maintainability, reliability, and delivery speed.
• Share knowledge and improve documentation.
• Understand team goals and how engineering adds product value.
• Fluency in English.
