A digital innovation hub in Valencia seeks a Mid Agile Coach to improve Agile execution and facilitate team collaboration. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in Agile coaching, particularly in a SAFe environment, and will be passionate about fostering team improvement. This role offers fully remote work options along with flexibility in working hours.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as an Agile Coach.

Do you have 4+ years of experience as an Agile Coach and want to work in a SAFe environment? If you're passionate about coaching teams and improving Agile execution, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Team Leaders, developers and Product Owners to improve backlog management.
• Work with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and other Agile Coaches to improve Agile execution.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Supports in coaching how events and workshops can be effective and goal oriented (timebox, clear agenda and goal)
• Support teams in PI Planning and Agile execution within an ART.
• Help implement Agile performance metrics to track team progress.
• Contribute to Agile transformation efforts across the organization.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• +4 years as an Agile Coach.
• Experience working in a SAFe environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban..).
• Experience working with Agile teams and coaching individuals.
• Familiarity with Agile metrics, backlog management, and team facilitation.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, SAFe Tooling.
• Excellent team collaboration and coaching skills.
• Strong facilitation and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for Agile and helping teams deliver value efficiently.
• Exceptional facilitation and communication skills.
• Agile certification
