Volkswagen Digital:Hub in Barcelona is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, deploy, and operate enterprise AI agents using Azure Foundry and Databricks.

You will integrate AI solutions with enterprise data platforms and APIs, ensure security, and contribute to reusable components and engineering best practices.

Join a data-driven B2B product mindset at the GIS:HUB, shaping AI-driven processes across sales, legal, product management and operations.

Formación

• Hands-on experience designing, building, and operating AI applications and AI Agents in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and modern AI frameworks.
• Proven experience with Azure AI Foundry, Databricks, and cloud-native AI solutions.
• Solid software engineering background with strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms, APIs, databases, and business applications.
• Understanding of GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and AI engineering best practices.
• Knowledge of AI evaluation, monitoring, and quality assurance frameworks.
• Analytical mindset, structured working style, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Academic degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a comparable qualification.

As a Senior AI Engineer you design, build, deploy and operate enterprise AI Agents with Azure Foundry and Databricks across different business departments like sales, legal, product management and operations.

We are looking for a motivated AI Engineer who combines strong software engineering skills with hands-on experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and cloud platforms (Azure, Databricks).

You are passionate about transforming business into an AI driven business and enjoy working at the intersection of technology, data, and business processes. Using AI to improve and automate the business internal and external processes.
