This role focuses on developing and integrating solutions within Dynamics 365 Customer Service, utilizing skills in JavaScript and TypeScript, and requires a strong understanding of customer service workflows. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with Dynamics customization and integration in collaborative environments.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer – Customer Service / Copilot Workspace

Location: Hybrid in Madrid, Barcelona, Málaga, Logroño or Remote in the rest of Spain. Full-time.

About the Role

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with hands‑on experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Service, focused on the development and integration of solutions within the Copilot Service Workspace. You will join an international technology consulting environment, contributing to the evolution of customer service platforms and integration layers built on Microsoft technologies. The role combines Dynamics customization, frontend development, and integration work within modern customer support ecosystems.

What you’ll do

• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions
• Develop and maintain integrations within Copilot Service Workspace
• Implement and configure Channel Integration Framework (CIF) integrations
• Develop frontend logic and custom behaviors using JavaScript / TypeScript
• Work with Microsoft APM SDK for application integrations within Dynamics
• Collaborate with backend and integration teams to ensure end‑to‑end functionality
• Ensure performance, maintainability, and usability of implemented solutions

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in international consulting environments
