Talent Connect is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to work on the Copilot Service Workspace, contributing to the evolution of customer service solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, JavaScript, and integration work in Agile environments. The role offers a hybrid work model with flexibility for remote work from various locations in Spain, including Madrid, Barcelona, Málaga, or Logroño.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Experience with Copilot Service Workspace and Channel Integration Framework (CIF).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations within Copilot Service Workspace.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborative delivery processes.
