Talent Connect is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our Copilot Service Workspace initiative. You will customize Dynamics 365 Customer Service, build integrations, and implement CIF-based connections in a complex banking environment.

The role combines frontend JavaScript/TypeScript work with embedded application integrations inside Dynamics, plus collaboration with backend teams in an Agile setting.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and platform integrations.
• Experience with Copilot Service Workspace, CIF, and APM SDK.
• Strong JavaScript development within Dynamics environments.
• Experience with embedded/integrated apps inside Dynamics and container-based integration.
• Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban) and Jira familiarity.

About The Role

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Service, focused on the development and integration of solutions within the Copilot Service Workspace.

You will join an international digital banking environment, contributing to the evolution of customer service and channel integration platforms built on Microsoft technologies.

The role combines Dynamics customization, frontend development, and advanced integration work within modern CRM ecosystems.

What you'll do

• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions
• Develop and maintain integrations within Copilot Service Workspace
• Implement and configure Channel Integration Framework (CIF) integrations
• Develop frontend logic and custom behaviors using JavaScript / TypeScript
• Work with Microsoft APM SDK for embedded application integrations
• Collaborate with backend and integration teams to ensure end-to-end functionality
• Ensure performance, maintainability, and usability of implemented solutions
• Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborative delivery processes

What we're looking for

• Proven hands-on experience with:
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service
• Practical experience with:
  • Copilot Service Workspace
  • Channel Integration Framework (CIF)
  • Microsoft APM SDK
• Strong experience developing:
  • JavaScript within Dynamics environments
• Experience working with:
