Drees & Sommer España is seeking a Microsoft 365 Administrator – SharePoint & Teams to join our IT team. You will administer, optimize, and support SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams across regions, ensuring a secure and efficient digital workplace.

This role requires hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 admin centers, Entra ID, and governance, with opportunities to shape collaboration strategies, drive adoption, and contribute to regional projects worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or IT training with hands-on experience.
• Experience administering SharePoint Online and Teams in Microsoft 365.
• Proficient in admin centers and Entra ID concepts.
• Strong IT security, data protection, and compliance knowledge.
• PowerShell scripting, automation, and troubleshooting; ITIL familiarity.
• Strong English communication and customer-focused service.

Responsabilités

• Administer SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams in Microsoft 365.
• Manage sites, channels, groups, permissions, and access.
• Design governance, naming, ownership, metadata, and retention.
• Configure Teams policies and monitor usage and service quality.
• Automate tasks with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
• Provide 2nd/3rd line support and root-cause analysis.
• Advise business units; gather requirements for new features.
