Job summary

Drees & Sommer is looking for a Microsoft 365 Administrator to join the IT team in Málaga, focusing on SharePoint Online and Teams. The role involves admin, optimization and user-focused support across regions, with flexible shifts including evenings and nights.

You will implement governance, manage access, and drive automation using PowerShell and Graph, while collaborating with multiple business units to roll out new 365 features.

Qualifications

• Complete degree or vocational training in IT or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of administering SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams in a Microsoft 365 env.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 admin center, Teams admin center, SharePoint admin center and Microsoft Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams and their admin centers.
• Manage SharePoint sites, Teams channels, Groups, permissions, access control.
• Design governance and lifecycle policies for sites, metadata, naming conventions and retention.
• Configure Teams policies; monitor usage and service quality.
• Automate recurring admin tasks with PowerShell and Graph where possible.
• Provide 2nd/3rd level support with root-cause analysis and documentation.
• Advise departments, gather requirements, support adoption of new Microsoft 365 features.
