Nômade Temple Madrid is seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth in the MICE segment, focusing on accommodation packages. You will work with Sales Manager and Commercial Management to attract, convert, and manage corporate groups, crafting tailored proposals and negotiating terms.

You will develop accounts, coordinate groups with hotel operations, ensure seamless experiences from inquiry to post-stay follow-up, and support events coverage when needed, balancing revenue goals with service

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in hotel sales, MICE, or events within hospitality.
• Experience managing corporate groups with accommodation and coordinating services.
• Fluent English; Spanish proficiency is highly valued.
• Experience with PMS, CRM, and forecasting tools.
• EU/Spain work permit required.

Responsabilités

• Proactive and reactive sales management for MICE groups with accommodation.
• Develop and nurture accounts; conduct site inspections and client visits.
• Respond to enquiries within 24 hours; tailor proposals to client needs.
• Coordinate rooming lists, deposits, payments, and contractual terms for groups.
• Support event coverage and coordination in the Sales Manager's absence.
• Collaborate with Sales, Reservations, Revenue, Front Office, F&B and Operations to deliver groups and events.
