Fortra is seeking a collaborative Professional Services Consultant to deploy our software solutions in the field, working with customers and cross-functional teams. The role involves travel, delivering training sessions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and project execution.

You will develop integrations, document deployment procedures, and provide status updates while collaborating with the PMO to define scope and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in Consulting, Customer Success, Services Coordination, Support or Training.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive, adaptable, and receptive to feedback.
• Experience coordinating with external stakeholders and managing conflicts.
• Fundamental understanding of networks, web interfaces, endpoint management, and software deployment.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate technical mastery of at least one product or specialized discipline (e.g., API integrations, NERC, CIP solution delivery).
• Develop custom scripts, utilities, and integrations to meet customer requirements.
• Document infrastructure and deployment procedures for effective operation in customer environments.
• Provide timely project status updates to internal teams and customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues impacting customers.
• Deliver professional services remotely and onsite.
• Partner with the PMO to define project scope, goals, and deliverables; report progress.
• Support Services revenue objectives by maintaining minimum 65% billable utilization.
• Refine and improve business analysis processes to increase efficiency and outcomes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
