Job summary

Sanofi in Barcelona is seeking a MES Configuration Expert to contribute to the design, build, and lifecycle of Werum PAS‑X and Opstrakker solutions across global sites.

You will align local configurations with the Core model and industrial standards, collaborating with MES Product Owners, MBR developers, shopfloor experts, and digital teams, while staying current with digital industry practices and standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in Digital for Manufacturing domain, ideally with MES Pas-X/Opstrakker
• Broad knowledge of manufacturing processes in industrial plants
• Strong MES experience and knowledge of pharma industry regulatory context (GxP)
• Engineering degree or Master's in Computer Science or related field; English mandatory
• Experience in multicultural/multilanguage environments and matrixed organizations

Responsibilities

• Guarantee proper usage of Sanofi Digital and Industrial standards for processes, applications, and infrastructure
• Design and build MBRs, Process Instructions, blocks, and templates
• Configure and implement core MES solutions close to standard market solutions
• Lead on-time delivery of projects with robust, cost-effective solutions
• Transfer know-how and provide on-site training to manufacturing sites
