Job summary

Sanofi Group is seeking an experienced MES Configuration Expert to design, build and govern WerumPAS‑X and Opstrakker configurations across global sites. You will work under the MES Digital Configuration Lead to align with the Core model and Sanofi standards.

You will leverage existing Core blocks, troubleshoot sites, and collaborate with Product Owners, digital teams, and shopfloor experts to ensure compliant, scalable MES solutions and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Digital for Manufacturing, MES experience (Werum PAS-X and Opstrakker)
• Experience in multicultural/multilanguage environments
• Strong knowledge of pharma manufacturing processes and GxP context
• Expertise in MES solutions and integration with ERP/Shopfloor systems
• Scripting knowledge (VB/.NET) and related validation practices
• Cloud architecture knowledge (Azure) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements for MES processes and translate to scalable solutions
• Lead design reviews with site modelers to ensure best practices
• Configure MES blocks, MBRs, instructions, and templates
• Participate in validation activities and ensure GxP compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, shopfloor experts, and IT
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance across sites
