Job summary

Sanofi seeks a MES Configuration Expert to design, build and maintain Siemens Opcenter Execution Pharma solutions across global sites. You will guide configurations to align with the core model, ensuring adherence to Sanofi Digital standards, GMP/compliance, and scalable multi-site configurations.

You will collaborate with MES product owners, shopfloor experts, and local digital teams, driving end-to-end lifecycle activities and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or Master in Computer Science or related field.
• English mandatory; other languages a plus.
• Experience with MES in pharmaceutical environments and SAP/ERP integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and lifecycle management of MES solutions (Siemens Opcenter Execution Pharma).
• Collaborate with MES product owners, sites, and digital teams to align with core model.
• Lead end-to-end design reviews, validation, and deployment on multiple sites.
• Provide technical support and ensure compliance with Quality, Security and Accessibility.
