Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a MES Configuration Expert for Opcenter Execution Pharma to design, build and maintain global MES configurations aligned with our Core model and industrial standards. You will collaborate with MES Product Owners, digital teams and shopfloor experts to deliver scalable solutions.

The role focuses on Siemens Opcenter Execution Pharma, Master Data, Master Batch Records, Production Execution and integration with ERP, LIMS and serialization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Digital for Manufacturing experience, MES focus on Siemens Opcenter Execution Pharma.
• Strong knowledge of pharma manufacturing processes and GxP.
• Experience with integration to ERP, shopfloor systems, and automation layers.
• Project management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design reviews with site modelers to ensure best practices.
• Design and build MBRs, Process Instructions, blocks and templates.
• Configure core solutions close to standard market practices.
• Ensure on-time delivery and robust solutions across sites.
• Support incidents, preventive/corrective actions.
