Keysight Technologies is seeking a strategic M&A professional to drive acquisition efforts within the Design Engineering Software (DES) unit. The role focuses on developing a pipeline of targets, evaluating opportunities, and shaping business cases in partnership with senior leadership.

Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years of relevant experience, a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, and excellent English communication skills.

• Developing and managing a pipeline of strategic and technology acquisition targets.
• Evaluating potential opportunities and supporting them throughout the M&A process.
• Defining acquisition criteria and working with business units to understand their strategic and technology needs.
• Collaborating with technical and business teams to assess and support diligence efforts for prospects, as well as shape the opportunities to support the DES business level strategy.
• Working with senior leadership to develop business models and present business cases.
• Driving market and business intelligence efforts to identify industry trends and opportunities that can support M&A activities.

Keysight Design Engineering Software (DES) has an exciting opportunity for an individual with an entrepreneurial, business mind-set to drive M&A efforts. DES is a leading supplier of design engineering software for the EDA, CAE, optical, data management, and software engineering quality markets, and is looking for the right individual to drive the business M&A efforts
