Legends Global Iberia is seeking a Merchandiser for the Real Madrid Retail business to drive growth across multi-channel channels, plan stock levels, and maximise profitability.

You will collaborate with Buying, Marketing and Finance to align open-to-buy, budgets and assortments, while maintaining stock availability and delivering seasonal analysis; English fluency required and a fast-paced team environment.

Formación

• A minimum of three (3) years of merchandising experience within sporting, FMCG or fashion.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Numerical and detail-oriented and extremely organized with the ability to multi-task.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Must be able to work in a team environment with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage merchandising systems within retail and implement improvements to hit KPIs.
• Work with finance to produce seasonal cross-channel budgets by week and department.
• Produce accurate weekly KPI reports and adjust as required.
• Maintain weekly WSSI and reforecast to maintain stock levels throughout the season.
• Recommend open-to-buy and re-buy volumes to avoid stockouts.
• Select the right product range for each B&M store and E-comm site.
• Collaborate with Buying and Marketing to maximize sales and availability.
• Produce campaign and post-season analysis to inform future buys.
• Manage stock clearance through planned seasonal sales.
• Support Store Visual Merchandiser with guidance and training.
• Maximize space and product mix per store characteristics.
• Maintain market knowledge of sector rivals and trends.
• Handle other duties as assigned by Head of Planning RM Retail.

About The Role

Our team is growing and we´re looking to fill a Merchandiser position for one of our top clients: the Real Madrid C.F.. The Merchandiser will help drive and support the growth and expansion of the multi-channel retail environment within the Real Madrid Retail business. They will also plan stock levels throughout retail to deliver sales and margin budgets, ensuring stock is delivered at the right time and right place to maximize profitability within planned stock requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage merchandising systems within retail, suggesting and implements any improvements to help the B&M department deliver annual KPI’s.
• Work with finance to produce seasonal cross channel budgets by week and department, including agreed profit and stock levels.
• Produce accurate weekly KPI reports for the retail team and implement any changes required.
• Maintain all department WSSI’s on a weekly basis, reforecasting when required to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the season.
• Recommend ‘open to buy’ and re-buy volumes, supporting the management of continuity product to ensure never out of stock.
• Ensure to select the right product range to buy according to each B&M store and E-comm site.
• Work with Buying and Marketing to ensure activity maximizes sales and availability to support any promotions.
• Produce campaign and post seasonal analysis to support future buy volumes and intake in a timely manner.
• Manage stock clearance through planned seasonal sales.
• Oversee and support the Store Visual Merchandiser, giving clear guidance and training as required.
• Maximize the space and products mix depending on the characteristics of each store.
• Maintain a strong market knowledge of sector rivals and trends.
• Other duties and projects as assigned and directed by the Head of Planning RM Retail.

Qualifications

At Legends Global, we are looking for an individual with experience in a fast paced and multi-channel retail trading environment where they have shown strong numerical and planning skills with a product range direct to consumer markets.
