Legends Global Spain is seeking a Transportation and Customs Administrator to coordinate global retail distribution, manage import/export processes, and liaise with 3PLs. The role requires strong Excel skills and bilingual English/Spanish communication in a fast-paced, international retail setting.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement in Spain, with benefits including health insurance and pension planning, and a focus on compliance and continuous improvement within a collaborative team.

Formación

• Academic background in International Trade, Logistics, Transportation, Customs Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Fluent both in English and Spanish.
• Experience coordinating carriers, customs brokers, suppliers, and last-mile delivery providers.
• Strong digital literacy, including advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
• Programming & Data Technologies knowledge will be an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the global retail distribution for B2C and B2B channels, product import and export process, controlling logistics service partners contracted for distribution services.
• Monitor carrier shipping cost and validate monthly invoices.
• Be well-versed in shipping documents; validate B/L, invoices, packing lists, and coordinate documentation related to national and international shipments and customs clearance.
• Arrange and track deliveries and returns end-to-end and take timely corrective actions on any deviations.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams, carriers, customs authorities, and international transportation teams to resolve distribution-related incidents and ensure service levels are maintained.
• Contribute to operational visibility and performance management through KPI reporting.
• Support the implementation of different Transportation solutions and logistic projects as directed by Logistics Managers in Spain.

About The Role

The Transportation and Customs Administrator partners with the Logistics Managers and Legends Carriers and 3PLs to:

• coordinate global distribution from/to international distribution centers, stores, event venues, and final customers and
• support the implementation of different transportation solutions and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Essential functions of the Transportation and Customs Administrator role are:

• Coordinate the global retail distribution for B2C and B2B channels, product import and export process, controlling logistics service partners contracted for distribution services. You will also liaise with the 3PL warehousing teams and carriers.
• Monitor carrier shipping cost and validate monthly invoices.
• Be well-versed in shipping documents; validate B/L, invoices, packing lists, and coordinate documentation related to national and international shipments and customs clearance. Support the adoption of any regulatory change or new requirements.
• Arrange and track deliveries and returns end-to-end and take timely corrective actions on any deviations.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams, carriers, customs authorities, and international transportation teams to resolve distribution-related incidents and ensure service levels are maintained
• Contribute to operational visibility and performance management through the preparation and communication of daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reporting
• Support the implementation of different Transportation solutions, logistic projects and other logistic and transportation process improvements as assigned and directed by the Logistic Managers in Spain.
