Your main purpose

• Support the coordination, review, and technical development of all MEP systems, ensuring proper integration within the overall project design, and review MEP layouts, technical drawings, calculations, reports, and consultant submissions to ensure alignment with project requirements, approved design intent, and company standards.
• Coordinate MEP integration with Architecture, Interior Design, Structural, Civil, Landscape, Lighting, Kitchen, AV, IT, Security, and other specialist disciplines throughout all project phases.
• Identify technical conflicts, coordination gaps, and design inconsistencies, supporting timely resolution in coordination with consultants and project teams.
• Support the protection of architectural and interior design intent by ensuring MEP solutions are aligned with guest experience, operational functionality, spatial quality, and brand standards.
• Coordinate with external MEP consultants, engineers, architects, and specialist designers, supporting design reviews, technical workshops, multidisciplinary coordination meetings, and monitor technical submissions and consultant deliverables to ensure quality, coordination, compliance, and adherence to project schedules.
• Support value engineering and technical optimization initiatives by reviewing alternative solutions while maintaining design integrity and operational performance, provide technical support during tender and construction phases including review of shop drawings, material submissions, mock‑ups, inspections, and site coordination activities, assist in maintaining proper organization of technical documentation, coordination records, and project information, and support continuous improvement of MEP coordination procedures, technical standards, and best practices across the project portfolio.

What will you bring?

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, with 5+ years of experience in MEP coordination within hospitality, mixed‑use, or complex development projects.
• Experience supporting schematic and detailed design coordination processes, with strong understanding of multidisciplinary coordination and technical integration, and experience within hotel developer, operator, or integrated hospitality environments preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical document review, with familiarity with BIM/Revit coordination environments preferred.
• Fluent English required; Greek and/or Spanish preferred.
• Strong technical coordination and problem‑solving capability, understanding of hospitality operational and guest experience requirements, attention to detail and coordination quality, strong communication and multidisciplinary collaboration skills, and ability to work within complex and fast‑paced project environments.
