Job summary

Pepe Jeans is seeking a Men’s Design Manager to lead the creative development of the Pepe Jeans Men’s collection, guiding concept to production with tight alignment to brand identity and market needs.

You will inspire the Men’s Design team, manage priorities and milestones, and work closely with Design, Product Development, Buying and Merchandising to deliver innovative, commercially successful products.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Fashion Design with a strong focus on menswear.
• Proven experience managing and developing a Design team within a fashion, lifestyle or premium environment.
• Strong understanding of the complete fashion product development process, from concept to production.
• Excellent knowledge of menswear trends, fabrics, garment construction and product development.
• Strong creative vision combined with a commercial and customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive, collaborative and inspiring leadership style.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international and cross-functional environment.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Fluent English is required.
• International fashion experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Work on the creative direction and development of the Pepe Jeans Men’s collections, from initial concept and trend research through to final product development and production, ensuring a strong balance between brand identity, creativity, innovation and commerciality.
