WeWork Community Workspace, S. L. is seeking a Community Associate to be the face of the building, greeting members and supporting the Community Management team. You will help drive events, nurture relationships, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

The role emphasizes hospitality, effective communication, and a collaborative culture within a diverse community of members in Madrid. This full-time position focuses on member engagement and building operations.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, but not required.
• 1+ years of hospitality experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for entrepreneurial communities and WeWork values.

Responsabilités

• Cover front desk during business hours and be an on-site point of contact.
• Support events and membership engagement with programming and communications.
• Manage mail, packages, keys, and general building operations.
• Assist the Community Lead and Community Manager as needed.
