Discover International is seeking an experienced Medical Director to provide medical leadership across clinical development and medical strategy. The role involves supporting clinical trials, protocol development and study execution in a Europe-based, remote-friendly setup.

Reporting into Medical Affairs, you will influence pipeline decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with KOLs and external stakeholders to advance drug development programs.

Competenze

• MD or equivalent medical degree required.
• Experience in Medical Affairs and/or Clinical Development is essential.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are important.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide medical leadership across clinical development and medical strategy.
• Support clinical trials, protocol development and study execution.
• Provide medical input into pipeline and development strategy.
• Build relationships with KOLs, investigators and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across Clinical Development, Regulatory, Safety and Medical Affairs.

Requirements:

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent).
• Strong experience within Medical Affairs and/or Clinical Development.
• Experience with clinical trials and drug development.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Based in Europe and able to work remotely.
