Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Medical Director to provide medical leadership and strategic oversight for clinical trials within our client environment. You will lead study teams, review protocols and amendments, monitor safety data in real time, ensure regulatory compliance with SOPs and GCP, and serve as the primary medical contact for investigators and sponsors.

Fluent English is required; industry experience in pharmaceutical development is essential.

Qualifications

• Medical Doctor, board-certified in Psychiatry, shown clinical experience running Psychiatry patients in hospital practice
• Industry experience in clinical development required
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Shown understanding and experience with NDA submission process.
• Shown understanding of regulatory guidelines for adverse event reporting
• Strong communication & presentation skills and is a strong teammate

Responsabilités

• Provide medical leadership to study teams and oversee protocols and amendments.
• Real-time medical monitoring of clinical studies and safety evaluation.
• Serve as chief liaison between sponsor and internal departments during study phases.
• Educate sites with protocol-specific procedures and laboratory demonstrations.
• Act as medical point of contact for investigators and stakeholders.
• Ensure study compliance with SOPs and GCP across all activities.
