GEA Group in Alcobendas is seeking a Mechanical Engineer - Customer Service to support customers and service teams with technical solutions. The role is mainly office-based in a service environment, with potential for development for engineers with strong technical potential.

Responsibilities include managing technical scope for quotes, acting as a technical liaison with Technology Centers, and ensuring accurate SAP processing across orders, deliveries, and billing, in a hybrid work setup.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• Experience in industrial or engineering environments is advantageous.
• Operational experience with SAP in Quotations, Order management, Deliveries, Returns, Billing.
• Fluent Spanish and English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer requests with Sales and Technical Service teams, defining the technical scope for quotations.
• Serve as technical reference for Service Support and customers, liaising with Technology Centers.
• Develop technical capabilities within the local service support team in coordination with Technology Centers.
• Prepare and oversee quotations and order confirmations, ensuring technical and commercial alignment.
• Process and monitor orders, returns, and credit notes in SAP, ensuring correct pricing and terms.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Service Sales, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, and Technical Service.
• Support delivery, shipping, and invoicing, handling exceptions with customers and suppliers.
• Maintain SAP master data accuracy (customers, materials, pricing) and resolve inconsistencies.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to operational excellence.
