Job summary

The MDR Extended Services Manager at Kudelski Group’s Kudelski Security division in Madrid leads the delivery of extended cybersecurity services for clients, coordinating with practice leads, engineers and customers to address operational needs.

The role requires proven project and people management experience in an international environment, strong cybersecurity knowledge, and excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in an international environment.
• At least 2 years of experience in people and/or project management.
• Knowledge of the cyber security landscape and different technology vendors (SIEM, Splunk, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills (French, Spanish is) being a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of cybersecurity services to clients and ensure successful project execution.
• Manage a team of ~10 people, including performance reviews and administrative matters.
• Coordinate recruitment and task assignment within the team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and understand their operational needs.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to senior management.
• Provide technical guidance to stakeholders as needed.
