Job summary

Kudelski Security in Madrid is seeking an MDR Extended Services Manager to oversee the delivery of extended services to clients, coordinating with the practice manager, engineers, and clients to understand operational needs and address them.

You will lead a team, manage projects within timelines and budgets, ensure delivery of cybersecurity services, build client relationships, and provide guidance to stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in an international environment is required.
• 2+ years in people and/or project management.
• Knowledge of the cyber security landscape and vendors (SIEM, Splunk, etc.).
• Fluent English; additional languages (French, Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of approx. 10 people with regular follow-up meetings and performance reviews.
• Participate in recruitment for new team members.
• Assign tasks within the team and manage calendars/holidays.
