SanLucar invites a motivated Material Planner to join our packaging coordination team in the Valencia region. You will ensure the right packaging is available at the right place and time, supporting our global operations and helping our fruits and vegetables look their best.

You will plan seasonal packaging volumes with suppliers, manage stock, identify risks early and drive improvements with internal teams.

Formación

• 3–8 years of experience in Packaging Coordination, Stock Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning or Operations.
• Experience coordinating suppliers and internal/external stakeholders.
• Strong planning and attention to detail.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with ownership and recommendations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.

• Coordinate packaging coordination for SanLucar brands, sub-brands and customer brands.
• Plan seasonal packaging volumes with suppliers and ensure readiness.
• Identify potential supply risks early and implement practical solutions.
• Select packaging suppliers based on quality, cost, performance and operational needs.
• Build relationships with suppliers and drive improvements.
• Be the key connection between Product Management, suppliers and internal teams.
• Keep packaging specifications, developments and planning changes up to date.
• Turn campaign learnings into smarter planning and smoother processes.
• Coordinate special packaging items with the Packaging Back Office team.
• Investigate packaging-related complaints and coordinate tests for improvements.
• Support Product Managers when challenges arise and find quick solutions.
• Ensure quality, safety and operational excellence in packaging.

• Take ownership of packaging coordination for SanLucar brands, sub-brands and customer brands.
• Plan seasonal packaging volumes together with our suppliers and make sure everything is ready when and where it’s needed.
• Spot potential supply risks early and find practical solutions to keep things moving.
• Help select the right packaging suppliers based on quality, cost, performance and operational needs.
• Build strong relationships with packaging suppliers, follow up on their performance and drive improvements together.
• Be the key connection between Product Management, fruit suppliers, packaging suppliers, material manufacturers and our internal teams.
• Keep everyone up to date on packaging specifications, new developments and planning changes.
• Turn campaign learnings into smarter planning, smoother processes and better results for the next season.
• Coordinate special packaging items, from purchasing and order tracking to stock management and invoicing, together with our Packaging Back Office team.
• Investigate packaging-related complaints, coordinate tests and turn challenges into lasting improvements.
• Support our Product Managers when things get tricky and help find fast, effective solutions.
• Make sure quality, safety and operational excellence are always part of the package.

Requirements:

What You'll Bring Along

• Relevant studies in Engineering, Industrial or Organizational Engineering, Economics, International Business or a similar field.
• From 3 to 8 years of experience in Packaging Coordination, Stock Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning or Operations.
• Solid experience working with suppliers and coordinating different internal and external stakeholders.
• A talent for planning, organizing and keeping an eye on the details without losing sight of the bigger picture.
• Experience driving improvements and making processes more efficient.
• A proactive, hands on mindset and the confidence to take ownership and make recommendations.
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to bring people together.
• Fluency in English and Spanish. Any additional language is a plus.
• A team-player attitude, plenty of flexibility and the ability to stay solution-focused when plans change.
