Job summary

Roche is seeking a Master Data Product Owner to lead data product initiatives within the PIM/MDM space. You will architect data models, govern data flows, and guide cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end data solutions that meet business needs.

You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, ensuring data products align with strategic goals, maintain compliance, and drive value across Roche Diagnostics commercial functions in Sant Cugat del Vallès.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM field required.
• Minimum of 3 years in data-driven roles, preferably in data management or product information management.
• Experience with Product Data Management (PDM), CPQ, PIM, CCMS, omnichannel data, and Data Mesh.
• Familiarity with AI technologies for data enrichment and delivery; LangChain as an example.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business priorities and bridge gaps between technical and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver data product initiatives in MDM and PIM, shaping data models and governance.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align on product vision and requirements.
• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog; guide Data Operations for rollout and governance.
• Deliver data-driven insights and measure product success, ensuring SLAs and quality targets.
• Translate business needs into data product specifications and drive end-to-end delivery across teams.
