Job summary

Roche is seeking a Master Data Product Owner to lead data product lifecycles within the PIM/MDM portfolio. You'll shape data models, ensure governance, and collaborate across IT and business teams to deliver data products that meet internal and external needs.

The role emphasizes agile delivery, data governance, and leveraging AI-enabled data enrichment to drive business outcomes in a rapidly evolving healthcare data environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related discipline.
• At least 3 years in data-driven roles or product data management with data modeling focus.
• Familiarity with PDM, CPQ, PIM, CCMS, omnichannel and Data Mesh concepts.
• Familiarity with AI technologies (IDP, LLM, vector storage, knowledge graph).
• Ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders and align with priorities.

Responsibilities

• Shape information architecture and product data model with IT and business experts.
• Design platform governance and align with standards; guide Data Operations.
• Specify business requirements and explore new data product ideas to improve value.
• Drive delivery of new data product initiatives end-to-end with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog; ensure the vision is implemented.
• Support rollouts and ensure program integration and data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure data workflows and SLAs.
