Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking an IT MDM Lead to drive Master Data Management initiatives across a complex commercial technology environment within the Life Sciences sector.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, coordinate technical discussions with development teams, and collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure successful execution and governance across the MDM function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Master Data Management workstreams.

Required Experience

• Strong understanding of data governance, master data processes, data quality, and stewardship principles.
• Experience coordinating technical teams and managing delivery activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
