Hexa Consulting is seeking an Informatica MDM Specialist to support customer master data management in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. Based preferably in Barcelona, you will work with development teams and stakeholders to deliver reliable customer data solutions and API integrations.

The role requires hands-on Informatica MDM experience, expertise in customer data, and strong collaboration across technical and business teams.

• Analyze business and technical requirements and contribute to MDM solution design.
• Coordinate with development teams and stakeholders to align requirements and delivery.

We are looking for a Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist to support commercial applications within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. Based preferably in Barcelona, Spain, this opportunity focuses on Customer Master Data Management, Informatica MDM and API integrations. You will work closely with development teams and business stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable customer data solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support, maintain and enhance Informatica MDM solutions for commercial applications within the pharmaceutical and healthcare environment.
• Work with Customer MDM processes to ensure accurate, consistent and reliable customer master data across systems.
• Support API-based integrations between MDM platforms and commercial or business applications.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and contribute to the definition of appropriate MDM solutions.
• Coordinate with development teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment across requirements, implementation and delivery.
• Participate in technical discussions related to customer master data models, MDM architecture, integrations and application dependencies.
• Contribute to data quality, consistency and governance across customer and commercial data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve MDM, data quality and integration-related issues.
• Support the continuous improvement of MDM processes and the applications that depend on customer master data.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Professional experience with Master Data Management (MDM), including hands‑on experience with Informatica MDM.
• Experience working with Customer MDM and customer master data across business applications.
• Strong technical background supporting commercial or business applications.
• Previous experience working on projects within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Experience working with APIs and system integrations, ideally involving MDM platforms.
• Ability to coordinate with development teams and contribute effectively to technical discussions.
• Good understanding of customer master data models, data quality, governance and integration processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Collaborative, responsible and solution‑oriented mindset, with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
