Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Spain is seeking a Data Governance Manager to strengthen our enterprise data capabilities and lead global data transformation initiatives. You will drive Data Governance and Master Data Management, define data quality standards, promote metadata management and data lineage, and collaborate with IT and business teams to build scalable governance frameworks.

A leading global healthcare company is looking for a Data Governance Manager to help strengthen its enterprise data capabilities and support key data transformation initiatives.

This role will be responsible for driving Data Governance and Master Data Management best practices, ensuring trusted, high-quality data across the organization while partnering with business and technology teams on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Data Governance and Master Data Management initiatives across multiple business domains.
• Define and monitor data quality standards, KPIs, and improvement plans.
• Promote metadata management, data cataloging, lineage, and data stewardship.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business functions to build scalable governance frameworks and drive adoption.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Data Governance, Master Data Management, Data Management, or related fields.
• Experience with platforms such as SAP MDG, Reltio, Informatica, Semarchy, Profisee, or similar.
• Strong understanding of data quality, metadata management, cataloging, and lineage.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview is highly desirable.
• Advanced English level (B2+).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
