Job summary

Elanco in Madrid is seeking a Marketing & Sales Apprentice to support the Iberia team in executing projects and commercial initiatives. Based in Madrid within a hybrid working model, you will assist with monitoring activities, reporting, data analysis, stakeholder coordination, and operational support for key initiatives.

The role requires a Health Science degree, Spanish fluency and strong English, plus the ability to extract and present data, reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Health Science (preferably in Veterinary Medicine or Pharmacy).
Possibility of generating an internship agreement (12 months) with your university or school.
Fluent Spanish and advanced English language.
Basic capability in extracting and analysing information and preparing business reports, presentations, or dashboards.

Responsibilities

Provide operational and administrative support to the Marketing and Sales team while monitoring projects, campaigns, activities, and commercial initiatives.
Prepare reports, presentations, and tracking dashboards, including the extraction and basic analysis of data to support business decisions.
Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, suppliers, and other stakeholders to support the timely execution of activities.
Support the organization of events, meetings, training sessions, and customer‑facing activities, as well as the preparation and updating of action plans.
Use corporate tools to track materials and activities, contribute to market and competitor analysis, and work in accordance with legal, privacy, quality, compliance, and internal policy requirements.
