Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to the Marketing and Sales team while monitoring projects, campaigns, activities, and commercial initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and tracking dashboards, including extraction and basic analysis of data to support business decisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, suppliers, and other stakeholders to support timely execution of activities.
• Support the organization of events, meetings, training sessions, and customer-facing activities, as well as the preparation and updating of action plans.
• Use corporate tools to track materials and activities, contribute to market and competitor analysis, and ensure compliance with legal, privacy, quality, and internal policy requirements.

Your Role: Marketing & Sales Apprentice

As a Marketing & Sales Apprentice, you will support the Elanco Iberia Marketing and Sales organization in the execution of business projects and commercial initiatives. Based in Madrid within a hybrid working model, you will contribute to activity monitoring, reporting, data analysis, stakeholder coordination, and operational support for key initiatives.

Your Responsibilities :

• Provide operational and administrative support to the Marketing and Sales team while monitoring projects, campaigns, activities, and commercial initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and tracking dashboards, including the extraction and basic analysis of data to support business decisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, suppliers, and other stakeholders to support the timely execution of activities.
• Support the organization of events, meetings, training sessions, and customer-facing activities, as well as the preparation and updating of action plans.
• Use corporate tools to track materials and activities, contribute to market and competitor analysis, and work in accordance with legal, privacy, quality, compliance, and internal policy requirements.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications) :

• A Bachelor's degree in Health Science (preferably in Veterinary Medicine or Pharmacy).
• Possibility of generating an internship agreement (12 months) with your university or school.
• Fluent Spanish and advanced English language.
• Basic capability in extracting and analysing information and preparing business reports, presentations, or dashboards.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) :

• A Master's degree in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Currently studying a master's degree related to sales & marketing will be positively valued.
• Interest in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry and basic knowledge of veterinary products.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, pursuit of excellence, teamwork, and respect for others.
